Mr. Rick Siu is the chief executive officer and executive director of our Group. As CEO, Mr. Siu is responsible for overseeing overall business development and day-to-day operations of our Group.
Having joined our Group in September 1999, Mr. Siu has served the organization as chief operating officer, as well as other roles in Marketing, Sales, Product, and other roles.
Mr. Siu obtained a bachelor’s degree in engineering from National University of Singapore in July 1991.
Mr. Yang is currently the chief executive officer of OPH Health Pte. Ltd., a company he founded in 2023 focusing on medical digitization and smart health services. He has 15 years of work and management experience in the communications and digitalization field. Mr. Yang obtained his master’s degree from Peking University in 2011 and holds a Singapore Tech.Pass. He was recognised as a scientific and technological innovation talent by the Ministry of Science and Technology of the PRC in 2019 and served as an initiating expert to the Internet Society of China’s “Internet +” Research Advisory Center in 2016. He is a PRC Category A Talent and a fellow of the European Academy of Natural Sciences.
Ms. Ma is currently the investment director of OPH Health Pte. Ltd. She also serves as a research librarian (professor level) and investor, and has been involved in public welfare initiatives. She was chairman and legal representative of the Zhejiang Jack Ma Public Welfare Foundation in 2014 and was appointed as a consultant to Park Ying Guoshi (Shanghai) Equity Investment Fund Partnership in 2018.
Mr. Ye is currently a Senior Advisor at Flint Global Ltd. and Chairman of the Advisory Committee at NV Technology Limited. He previously held senior leadership roles at Moody’s Corporation, including Managing Director – Regional Head of Asia Pacific and Managing Director – Head of International. Mr. Ye holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in electrical engineering from Tsinghua University and a Ph.D. in electrical and computer engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
Mr. Chen is the Chief Operating Officer of OUE Limited, where he oversees the group’s overall business and operations. He has more than 20 years of experience in corporate management and investment, and previously held leadership roles at OUE Hospitality REIT Management Pte. Ltd., including Acting Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Chen holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Fu Jen Catholic University, a master’s degree in computer science from the University of Texas at Arlington, and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Mr. Bernard Eng Chuan Lim is currently the Finance Director of RB Capital Pte. Ltd., a Singapore-based private investment group managing a diversified real estate portfolio across Asia. Mr. Lim is a Chartered Accountant (Singapore) with over 30 years of professional experience, including extensive senior finance leadership roles across multinational listed companies and private investment groups, with experience spanning corporate finance, controllership, governance and strategic planning.
Mr. Lim has held senior finance leadership roles across multiple organisations. He has been serving as Finance Director of RB Capital Pte. Ltd. since January 2024. Prior to this, he served as Business Controller (Finance) at Pacific Eagle Real Estate from September 2021 to February 2023, and as Chief Financial Officer at Tsao Family Office Pte. Ltd. from July 2019 to August 2021.
Earlier, Mr. Lim served at OUE Limited, a diversified real estate group listed on the Singapore Exchange, from May 2009 to June 2019, including as Chief Financial Officer. During his tenure, he worked closely with the Board and senior management on significant corporate actions, capital markets initiatives and strategic investments. This included OUE Limited’s entry into the healthcare real estate sector through the acquisition of International Healthway Corporation Limited (IHC), a healthcare services and facilities provider with operations across Southeast Asia, where Mr. Lim was involved from a finance, governance and capital management perspective.
Mr. Lim obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University and is an Associate Chartered Valuer and Appraiser.
