Mr. Rick Siu
CEO and Executive Director
Mr. Rick Siu is the chief executive officer and executive director of our Group. As CEO, Mr. Siu is responsible for overseeing overall business development and day-to-day operations of our Group. Having joined our Group in September 1999, Mr. Siu has served the organization as chief operating officer, as well as other roles in Marketing, Sales, Product, and other functions. Mr. Siu obtained a bachelor's degree in engineering from the National University of Singapore in July 1991.
Mr. Yang Haofang (楊豪放)
Executive Director
Mr. Yang is currently the chief executive officer of OPH Health Pte. Ltd., a company he founded in 2023 focusing on medical digitization and smart health services. He has 15 years of work and management experience in the communications and digitalization field.
Mr. Yang obtained his master's degree from Peking University in 2011 and holds a Singapore Tech.Pass. He was recognized as a scientific and technological innovation talent by the Ministry of Science and Technology of the PRC in 2019 and served as an initiating expert to the Internet Society of China's "Internet +" Research Advisory Center in 2016. He is a PRC Category A Talent and a fellow of the European Academy of Natural Sciences.
Ms. Ma Ying (馬鷹)
Non-executive Director
Ms. Ma is currently the investment director of OPH Health Pte. Ltd. She also serves as a research librarian (professor level) and investor, and has been involved in public welfare initiatives. She was chairman and legal representative of the Zhejiang Jack Ma Public Welfare Foundation in 2014, and was appointed as a consultant to Park Ying Guoshi (Shanghai) Equity Investment Fund Partnership in 2018.
Mr. Ye Min (叶敏)
Independent Non-executive Director
Mr. Ye is currently a Senior Advisor at Flint Global Ltd. and Chairman of the Advisory Committee at NV Technology Limited. He previously held senior leadership roles at Moody's Corporation, including Managing Director – Regional Head of Asia Pacific and Managing Director – Head of International.
Mr. Ye holds bachelor's and master's degrees in electrical engineering from Tsinghua University and a Ph.D. in electrical and computer engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
Mr. Chen Yi Chung (陈一中)
Independent Non-executive Director
Mr. Chen is the Chief Operating Officer of OUE Limited, where he oversees the group's overall business and operations. He has more than 20 years of experience in corporate management and investment, and previously held leadership roles at OUE Hospitality REIT Management Pte. Ltd., including Acting Chief Executive Officer.
Mr. Chen holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Fu Jen Catholic University, a master's degree in computer science from the University of Texas at Arlington, and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
